Biography
Frank Liesen was born and raised in Germany and has been engaged in various Great Commission ministries since 1999. He is married to Terrae from Texas, and they have three grown children. His passion for disciple-making resulted in his dissertation topic about transformational conversion in adverse contexts such as the German, secularized culture. His research lead to the development of the Church Discipleship Matrix with a vision to support the local body of Christ in making disciples everywhere all the time, grounded on the rock-solid, inerrant Word of God.
