History

Starting in 1946 as a Christian academy to educate “Mountain Preachers,” Truett McConnell University has grown into a fully accredited Christian liberal arts and sciences university.

I started college as undecided, then I took Human Growth and Development. I now have a bachelor’s in psychology, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am pursuing my LPC license in the state of Georgia. I am thankful that the Lord used professors, class activities, and fellow students in the psych program to change my life for the better. Let’s Go Psycho Bears!
