Biography

Abraham George serves as a Lecturer/Assistant Professor of Sociology at Truett McConnell University, where he is committed to helping students understand society through both rigorous scholarship and a Christ-centered perspective. His teaching focuses on how social structures, culture, and human behavior intersect with biblical truth, encouraging students to view sociological issues through the lens of faith, compassion, and service.

With interests in criminal justice, public administration, social problems, non-profit and government management and the role of faith in society, Professor George seeks to equip future leaders to think critically and live out their calling with integrity. He is passionate about mentoring students and fostering an academic environment that reflects both excellence and devotion to Christ.
