Biography
Dr. Kimberly Maiocco is a strategic, goal-driven achiever with a proven ability to create and implement visionary, future-focused initiatives. She is a purpose-inspired leader dedicated to motivating others and fostering excellence across diverse organizational settings. Her professional experience spans corporate America, venture startups, executive leadership as Founder, CEO, and CFO, as well as roles in talent development, coaching, and higher education. Dr. Maiocco holds a Doctorate of Business Administration with a cognate in Leadership and multiple master’s degrees across various disciplines. She brings extensive expertise in supporting institutional mission and vision through the development of efficient academic programs, strategic business planning, and visionary leadership. Her additional areas of strength include new business development, fiscal planning and oversight, accreditation compliance, and cultivating collaborative team environments that enhance student success, development, and retention.
