Biography

Erin is a Lecturer in Exercise Science who is passionate about helping students connect classroom knowledge with real-world practice. With a background in health, exercise, and sport nutrition, she enjoys teaching courses that empower students to understand the science behind human performance, health, and wellness.

Erin believes that the best learning happens when students feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to ask questions. She strives to create an engaging classroom where students develop confidence, think critically, and gain practical skills they can carry into their future careers. Her professional interests include exercise physiology, sports nutrition, athletic performance, and injury prevention.

Outside the classroom, Erin enjoys staying active and values spending time with her family. She is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and inspiring students to make a positive impact in the lives of others through the fields of exercise science and health.
